PWAR offers a state of the art meeting facility, featuring a comfortable lounge area, on the second floor. It is thoughtfully situated in the center of Prince William County with easy access to I-95, Rts. 234 and 66, and hotels.

We have fully adaptable meeting spaces and all the necessary meeting extras for you or your attendees. Our facility can accommodate 150 guests for a seated affair or 300 theatre-style for a ceremony, or a stand-up/cocktail-style affair.

There is access to a kitchen that contains coffee makers, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Audio/visual equipment consists of ceiling mounted projectors and screens and the ability to plug in a laptop for a presentation.
