Bev Frowen

Bev became a REALTOR® in 1989. Her first experience was working with a small company in Warrenton who developed several subdivisions, sold the lots to builders, and then sold the finished homes. For most of her time at Colony One Properties, she was the only agent and felt her training was superb. In fact, Bev credits her enthusiasm for service to the REALTOR® community to the wonderful experiences she has had working for 3 Brokers who were Presidents of PWAR. Bev has worked with Shannon & Luchs, Prudential, Coldwell Banker (whose owner is a former NAR President) and is currently with Long & Foster.

Bev and husband Gary (who holds an inactive license) have lived in Manassas for more than 40 years. They have raised 3 sons who now live with their families within a mile radius of their home! They love having everyone over and watching the 6 grandchildren - who range from 1 to 20 years old - do their "thing".

A source of pride for Bev is being able to work with her son Mike. Bev and Mike both hold an Associate Brokers license. She will continue to apply the "what is the VALUE to the MEMBER?" test to each committee, education class, and event that is planned.
 

Michael Hill

A life long resident of Woodbridge, Michael has served on the Prince William Regional Chamber Board, the Prince William Conference and Visitors Bureau Board, the Prince William Board of Equalization, the Prince William Association of REALTORS® Board.

He received the "Key Member Award" from the Chamber in 1997 and 2000: "Distinguished Member" 2004. Virginia "Restaurant Manager of the Year" in 2004. "Sales Agent of the Year" from PWAR in 2006 and "Volunteer of the Year" in 2007. Graduate of three "Leadership Institutes" and "Top Producer" each year since becoming a REALTOR® in 2004.

Terrylynn Harrell

Terrylynn Harrell, a veteran in the real estate industry, is a leader in residential and commercial real estate markets. She is an experienced professional serving Prince William County and the surrounding metropolitan area. Terrylynn has made a name for herself as a respected colleague and possesses a unique ability of turning clients and business associates into lifetime friends. She is fluent in two languages...English and Real Estate. She began speaking real estate in the early 1990's when it was suggested by an associate that she get her real estate license. Terrylynn had a passion for helping people find homes; the appreciation of the first time homebuyer was gratifying. This passion turned into a career. Not wasting any time, she became a REALTOR®. As her knowledge grew she earned her license as a Real Estate broker and instructor. Terrylynn began teaching, training and coaching REALTORS®. She had found her niche...REAL ESTATE! But, Terrylynn did not stop there. She accelerated her career advancement by developing relationships with brokers and owners. As a result, she decided that she wanted to join their ranks. She discovered that helping agents achieve their career goals was their American Dream. Her real estate niche accelerated to the third power with the acquisition of her second brokerage in 2007...EXIT Realty!

Terrylynn's passion for the business of real estate is evident in the way she runs her brokerage...she leads by example. Her reputation as a fair business woman is impeccable and her stature in the real estate community is illustrated by her active membership in REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR). She currently serves as Vice President, Chairs the Governance Committee and Co-chairs the Budget and Finance Committee. As Vice President, her goal is to help REALTORS® build their business and provide the best possible service to their clients. Her motto is, "Together we can achieve the American Dream, by getting engaged to empower the betterment of the real estate industry...one agent at a time." Terrylynn knows that she can't change the world, but she can leverage herself by getting more REALTORS® committed to supporting and improving their profession, which is in perfect alignment with what she likes most about being in Real Estate; meeting great people, making dreams come true and creating lifetime memories for the real estate consumer and professional.

Even though her real estate career is a very important part of her life, she balances it with her love for family, friends and her adorable Maltese, Precious.
 

Nakita Mattocks

Nakita Mattocks has been licensed for fourteen years and holds the position of Principal Broker within her firm.  She has been on the Board of Directors for three years and considers herself a visionary. Nakita believes her skills will assist in enabling PWAR us to move forward in the future.

She presently lists and sells real estate and is licensed in three states currently, and supervises ten agents and conducts mentoring and training programs with them.

Nakita is involved with the VET Center in Washington, D.C. and gives her time in many capacities in her local church.

Liz Hernandez

Liz's real estate career has spanned 23 years, and she is currently the Keller Williams' CEO/ Team Leader of the Manassas Office. Liz has worked with Century 21, Mount Vernon, Weichert and in two different RE/MAX offices. At RE/MAX, Liz reached Chairman Club production levels, induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and worked as Sales Manager for two years. The Virginia Association of REALTORS® recognized her work with VHDA and honored her with a Service to Virginia Award in 2009.  Liz is involved in various community activities and has served on the Board of the Manassas Housing Trust Fund.
