- Mailing List: A mailing list is available FREE (A $650 Value!) to new members, once application is received and processed. This is a great way to introduce yourself as a new PWAR Affiliate member.

- Committees: A great way to get involved and network with other REALTOR? & Affiliate members.
- Events: Networking opportunities at PWAR events, such as REALTOR Gala, Fall Conference, and PWAR on the Town

- Knowledgeable Staff: PWAR staff is always available to answer questions or get a member pointed in the right direction when it comes to questions about real estate practice or other concerns.
- Affiliate Code of Ethics: Through the Code of Ethics, the association has created a level of professionalism that protects the public and Affiliates. Should an Affiliate or member of the public have a complaint about the actions of an Affiliate, a complaint can be made which holds the Affiliate accountable to specific standards. This type of self-policing keeps extra regulations out of the real estate industry.
- eNews: You will receive an emailed newsletter each month, which will keep you up-to-date with Association events.
- Affiliate Meetings: Meetings are held the second Friday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at PWAR (4545 Daisy Reid Avenue, Woodbridge, VA 22192)
- PWAR Partner program: Partnerships are an excellent way to ensure you are getting the most for your marketing dollars. You also get added exposure at nearly all PWAR functions, at www.PWAR.com and at our facility.
