3,000 REALTOR® members, PWAR offers the service,
education and knowledge that you require to excel in
your business. Though our association is strong, we
provide one-on-on customer service to our membership.

Professional
Standards, Grievance, and Arbitration – Protection of
the Code of Ethics is an important function of the REALTOR®
Association. PWAR assists in promoting the positive and ethical image of REALTORS®
through its grievance and professional standards procedure with the
general public as well as other REALTORS®.
In addition, PWAR offers a arbitration process to assist REALTORS®
in resolving business conflicts with fellow REALTORS®.
- News –
PWAR offers REALTOR® news through e-mail newsletters for brokers and
agents. We are also looking forward to the launch of our print NEW print
publication by the close of 2005. You will find timely articles on REAL
issues that you heal with.
- REALTOR® Image and Public Relations – PWAR is an
active steward of the REALTOR® image. Through our media relations, the REALTORS®
in Prince William County and surrounding areas enjoy a positive
image with its current and future client base.
The public relations message is a powerful one emphasizing the
ethical caliber of the REALTOR® as well as how REALTORS®
give back to their community through a number of charitable
efforts. PWAR also places
great importance on protecting the trademarked term REALTOR®.
- Government Affairs
– PWAR has an active and involved Government and Political
Affairs committee which stays on top of the activities and initiatives of
the local and state government as it relates to real estate.
Since so much in the real estate industry is affected by the
decisions of government, PWAR places a high importance on staying informed
and involved in public policy. The
collective voice of the REALTOR®
community is an
important and well respected one.
- Affiliate Membership Program- PWAR maintains a relationship
with over 150 Affiliate members. These are members who are all involved in
local real estate industry and have committed to doing business with PWAR
Members. These members follow the Affiliate Code of Ethics.
- PWAR Partners- PWAR Partners are
Affiliates who have committed to the association on a long term basis.
They active in educating and training REALTORS® and want to be a resource
for you throughout your business day. You will find Partners at every

Moseley Real Estate School–
PWAR has partnered with the leader in real estate education in Virginia.
Moseley strives to improve people’s quality of life through education. To
achieve this, there courses have useful material content and convenient
scheduling and delivery methods. All of there offerings are value-priced.
They opened our first school in 1972 to serve the real estate and real
estate appraisal professions. In 1997, we added the legal profession to
our continually growing curriculum. There are a lot of wonderful people
