I completed the Brokerage and Appraisal modules for the Broker’s licensing and my only regret was I did not complete the other 2 modules through PWAR. The content of the coursework, the instructor and preparation of the exam were instrumental in allowing me to pass the national and state broker’s exam for the first time. Kudos to PWAR! Deliea R. ~ Bristow, VA
The PWAR class was tough, but Diane kept everyone focused and discussing the material and how it actually affected us daily. This exchange was as important as Diane's prep work in what we needed to know for the exam. By combining the two it made it am important class tha you looked foreward to attending. Not to mention the other agents you formed a close friendship with, that otherwise would have never happened. Diane did a terrific job! Tom S. ~ Manassas, VA
During the past few months I attended PWAR’s Essentials of Finance course instructed by Diane Moreland. I have taken several of the required Broker classes at different locations around the state and this has been the most beneficial session by far. PWAR’s facilities provide a comfortable environment in which to learn and Diane’s teaching style is perfect for those of us trying to prepare for the PSI Broker Exam. I highly recommend the PWAR Broker Series to anyone looking to further his/her career in Real Estate.“ Ronda P. ~ Standardsville, VA
“PWAR’s Broker Series was a great experience. Between the course materials and class interaction, I have learned more than I could have imagined. Now, with my Broker’s License in hand, I know I can take my business to the next level.” Chris Ann C. ~ Bristow, VA
