Robert L. Fredericks has been a member of the Virginia State Bar and practicing transactional real estate since 1977. His work is focused on all aspects of real estate, including reviewing and writing contracts. He teache seminars on various topics for REALTORS® in Northern Virginia.

Participants will learn how to prevent and correct personal and professional identity theft.
Tyler Wildman has been in the security industry since 1995. He is the founder and CEO of the identity Theft Counter Measures Group, LLC. He has appeared on CBS, ABC, FOX News and various other publications as an identity theft and security expert. He is a graduate of the Institute of Fraud and Risk Management and is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist, CITRMS. He has personally breached the security of over 300 companies and is a sought after speaker.
May 3 - Death, Divorce & Banruptcy
Instructor: David Field, MBH
A review of the issues which may arise in a sale where there is a deceased owner, there is a divorce involved or if the sellers are in bankruptcy.
David Field, counsel to the Lake Ridge branch of MBH Settlement Group, he has conducted hundreds of residential real estate closings.
Over the years Mr. Field has been a guest lecturer for many organizations. He has lectured as part of a Virginia CLE program on criminal defense; he has lectured on occasion for the Fairfax Bar Association; most recently he has taught many classes related to real estate transactions to local real estate agents.
