Kim will discuss the FHLB (Federal Home Loan Board) grant money. FHLB will give grants up to $5000 for down payment assistance for First Time Homebuyers. She will also discuss the County HAP Program which gives Prince William County residents 20% of the sales price in down payment assistance.
