WELCOME to the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR)! As a New Member, the association wants to give you a good start in your education to help make you successful. We have registered you for this Free New Member Orientation (mandatory within the first 90-days of membership). For some of you, this is the last chance to take this class to stay within your membership requirements.

Ethic Instructors
Lee Odems - Lee was PWAR’s President for 2009. He has been an active committee member on both the state and local level. In addition to being a certified
instructor of several real estate courses he is also a VAR certified mediator. Lee has been in the Real Estate business since 1987 and is owner/broker of Buyers Advantage Real Estate Corp in Woodbridge. He holds his ABR and SFR Designations and is a retired Army Master Sergeant.
Mark Worrilow - Mark was the recipient of PWAR’s Presidential Award for 2010. He was also the 
PWAR Education Committee Chair from 2004 – 2010. Mark is the broker/owner of Confidence Realty in Dumfries. He has been in the Real Estate business since 1997 and began his career as an instructor while serving in the Navy. He holds his ABR and SFR designations and received his B.S. from the Naval Academy. He is a retired Commander in the U.S. Navy.
Cindy Stackhouse – Cindy is the broker-owner of Century 21 Stackhouse & Associates 
in Montclair, Va. She was first licensed as a Virginia Real Estate Sales Associate in 1976. Cindy served as President of the Virginia Association of REALTOR® in 2010 and as President of the Prince William Association of REALTORS® in 2008. She is a member of the PWAR Sterling R’s for RPAC Contributions, REALTOR® of the Year for 2003, and Manager of the Year in 1998. Cindy has been certified by VAR as an Ethics Instructor for the VAR Ethics Roadshow and Mediator as well as a NAR Quad Ethics Instructor.
Peggy Burke– Peggy is licensed as an instructor for all Pre-Licensing Courses in Virginia 1996 to 
present. She is a Certified Ethics Instructor for the last 12 years. She is a member of the Hall of Fame of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William. She was named 1988 Manager of the Year by the Prince William Association of REALTORS® and in 1992 awarded the Prince William Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Award. Peggy is a Top Producing Agent with over $170 Million in volume credited in past 10 yrs.
Mike Minnery - Mike was licensed as a Virginia Real Estate Sales Associate in 1969 while serving in the United States Air Force. He is the 2007 Past-President of the REALTOR®
Association of Prince William. He has served on numerous PWAR Committees. Mike is a VAR Certified Ethics Instructor and Mediator as well as a NAR Quad Ethics Instructor. He teaches, Prospecting, Broker Management and Ethics at PWAR. He holds the ABR, CRB, e-PRO and GRI designations. He is also a member of the PWAR Top Producers Club. Mike is a mentor and sales development trainer within his company.
Ray Courchene - Ray was licensed as a Virgina Real Estate Sales Associate in 1984. He has
served on numerous committees while being a member of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William. He has taught Property Management courses along with Fair Housing for many years. He is an active Education Committee member and contributes is knowledge to help better the education within PWAR. He holds a GRI, CRS and NARPM Designation along with his Associate Broker License.
