Help Out Prince William County's Teachers

PWAR and the Prince William County School System has entered into a partnership to help serve teachers with better information on housing opportunities. You can get involved by purchasing a listing in the PWAR Teacher/REALTOR® partnership program brochure for $100 (company listing) or $25 (individual listing). This brochure w/ill be used at the School System Recruitment and Orientation programs throughout the year. There is also an educational component through the Housing Opportunities committee. Get involved and help our teachers find their new home.

Summer Mandatory Classes Being Offered

PWAR is excited to announce the class schedule for the Summer Mandatory Classes. This class series is designed to achieve all the mandatory credits needed to renew a license for any REALTOR® fulfilling their Continuing Education and Post License requirements. In addition to the education the classes provide an excellent chance to network and stay updated on the events in the Association. Classes are located at PWAR and $30 each.
