Primary Members
If your are a first time agent joining PWAR as a REALTOR® member you will need to complete the new member application form You will also need to provide your real estate license or a copy of your real estate license. Secondary Members
If PWAR will be your secondary place of membership you only pay an application fee of $50 and the prorated portion of the PWAR dues. You will still need to complete the secondary member application form and provide your real estate license or a copy of your real estate license. Transfer Members
If you are transferring from another association you will need complete the 2012 Transfer Application for REALTORS® or Brokers. You will also need a letter of good standing/dues waiver from your current local association. (REALTORS® transferring from another REALTOR® association are exempt from the application fee and orientation requirement.)
