Join PWAR

Becoming a PWAR member is easy. Simply download the membership application on this website and fax or mail to PWAR with your application fee. Attendance at a new member orientation class is required for new REALTORS®. (REALTORS® transferring from another REALTOR® association are exempt from the application fee and orientation requirement.)

Prorated Membership Dues for 2008

Primary Members

If your are a first time agent joining PWAR as a REALTOR® member you will need to complete the new member application form You will also need to provide your real estate license or a copy of your real estate license. Once you have completed the form, you will need to contact Marie Eckert, PWAR Customer Service Manager, Email Marie or call at 703-368-8177 to schedule an appointment.

Secondary Members

If PWAR will be your secondary place of membership you only pay an application fee of $50 and the prorated portion of the PWAR dues. You will still need to complete the member application form and provide your real estate license or a copy of your real estate license. Once you have completed the form, you will need to contact Marie Eckert, PWAR Customer Service Manager, Email Marie or call at 703-368-8177 to schedule an appointment.

Transfer Members

If you are transferring from another association you will need complete these application forms.

You will also need a letter of good standing/dues waiver from your current local association
