Ms. Nebb is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and joined PWAR as Executive Director in 1999. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Rhetoric and Communications and has a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Public Affairs and Citizenship at Syracuse University. Previously, she was the Senior VP of Public Affairs for the Tidewater Association of REALTORS® from 1993-1998. She has many hobbies including snow skiing, scuba diving, mountain biking, and flying.

Best know as Angie amongst the REALTOR® Family, Ms. Bashford has been with PWAR since 1988. Born in Hamburg Germany, she came to the United States in 1963. She has lived all over the United States including in the San Francisco Bay Area and Hawaii. Angie is the proud mother of a wonderful son, Kevin Bashford married to Gina, a 15 month old granddaughter and a grandson on the way just in time for Christmas. She shares her home with a deaf white cat named Snowflake and a black cat named Frisco. In her spare time, Angie volunteers at the Dumfries/Triangle Rescue squad.

Michael joined the staff at PWAR in August of 2006. He is a graduate of Liberty University and holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Marketing. As a native of New England he enjoys snowboarding, hockey and sailing. Also quite the musical gentleman, he is a self-taught guitarist and drummer. "It is my goal as the Marketing Coordinator to make every interaction the members have with the association be a positive one. I always welcome suggestions, comments, criticism, praise or even a great story, my door is always open!"

Teresa Kirkhart joined the Prince William Association of REALTORS^® in June 2006. Before coming to PWAR, Teresa spent the last year as Registration Manager to the Society of Toxicology (SOT). SOT’s Annual Meeting is the largest toxicology meeting and exhibition in the world, attracting approximately 6,000 scientists from industry, academia, and government. Prior to that, she worked 7 years as the Member & Committee Services Secretary for the Council of Industrial Boiler Owners. This broad-based trade association of industrial boiler owners, architect-engineers, related equipment manufacturers, and universities who represent over 20 major industrial sectors actively promotes energy + environmental equipment, technology, operations & policies and laws and regulations affecting industrial energy facilities A native to Northern Virginia, Teresa volunteers as a Sunday School Teacher to a group of Teens in her church. She plays piano and sings with a traveling gospel trio, and volunteers her time singing at nursing homes to the elderly. She also enjoys organizing church benefits and festivals. Her hobbies are walking, gardening, interior design, floral arranging, wedding planning and directing. She is a proud mom of a new high school graduate and a rising ninth grader. She enjoys cheering at her son’s baseball and basketball games.

Marie Eckert spent the last six years working for two title companies in the Centerville area specializing in post closing and policies. In addition, Ms. Eckert worked for Fauquier County Local Government in payroll and personnel for fifteen years. Ms. Eckert has lived in the Warrenton area for twenty years with her husband Bill, two children Cassandra and Clayton, and granddaughter Leah. The Eckert family loves to camp together every chance they get.

April McMillan joined the Prince William Association of REALTORS^® in February, 2005. Before coming to PWAR, April spent 2 years as a typist & proofreader and 2 ½ years as the Eastern Prince William County real estate advertising sales representative for the Potomac News & Manassas Journal Messenger. When she's not working, April enjoys shopping, photography and spending time with her son Nathan and husband Keith.

Debbie Scott was born in PA, but has lived in Virginia since she was six days old. She has lived in Manassas since 1963. Ms. Scott has over 30 years of accounting experience and 28 years experience commuting on I66 and the Beltway. Her accounting background includes working for government auditors, credit union management, and association accounting. She enjoys gardening, golfing, and interior design.
