Q&A
Will I still be able to make purchases in the store?
Yes. Our store is currently open Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm
What if I have a broken lockbox?
Lockboxes may be serviced again as usual. Masks and Social Distancing practices are required.
Will the member lounge still be open?
UPDATE (9/28/2020): We will now open our Member Service Lounge with limited capacity. A first-come, first-serve basis applies as usual.

Our staff will continue to take every precaution to remain healthy or stay home when sick in order to continue providing the level of support and customer service you have come to expect from our Association.
Please continue with the sanitary best practices:
- Staying home if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or any other cold or flu-like symptom.
- Washing your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water aren’t available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoiding close contact with anyone who is sick.
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or cough or sneeze into your sleeve.
