Wayne Lee

Term Expires 2015
Wayne has been licensed for over eight years in Virginia, over 7 years in Maryland and DC.  Wayne holds the position of Associate Broker at Jobin Realty Kingtowne.  Prior to Real Estate his career path was in IT focusing first on Network Infrastructure and then Software Development and integration.   Wayne’s interest in Real Estate started as an investor in 1999.   After acquiring his license in 2005 he continued on a dual career track until December 2006 when he went full time in to Real Estate leaving behind a Principal Engineer position to pursue his passions for Real Estate and travel.  Wayne entered the market at a time when many were heading for the exits.  His Broker at that time, Lee Odems of Buyers Advantage Real Estate, challenged him to make the move and said “you’ll learn more over the next few years that many Realtors learned over their careers” and it was nothing less than a learning experience by fire.  Thankfully, Wayne had good guidance and has been able to successfully navigate the challenging markets of our Great Recession.

Wayne attributes his success in Real Estate to putting his clients before profits and his mentors/coaches.  His ability to achieve this goal for clients is credited to his dedication, integrity, professionalism, expertise in market research, negotiating skills, ability to problem solve, knowledge of contracts and real estate transactions.  Wayne has conducted home buying/selling seminars for the public and as a backup instructor for PWAR Buyer Representation course.  He has also completed the VAR course for Ethics Instructors.

Wayne is a native of Northern Virginia born in Prince William County and raised in Falls Church.  He spends his time outside of Real Estate with friends, family and his other passion traveling internationally to explore new places and cultures… and finding a good beach.
