Vicki Shoemaker Cloud is the Principal Broker & co-owner, with husband Patrick Cloud, of EXIT Realty Pros in Manassas. They have 3 adult children, Patrick II, Jeremy, & Rebecca as well as a granddaughter, Emily.

BETH_GRANTBeth first entered real estate as a mortgage banker in 1983. She handled all types of buyers over her 28 year career in the mortgage business, and gave it her all to promote the betterment of the industry. She volunteered at PWAR on the Education Committee and through the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Assn, where she held numerous leadership roles.

Over the years, Beth had many repeat clients and family members of past clients and decided that with so many contacts and so much knowledge of real estate, she could do a great job helping those same people by assisting them with their real estate needs. She therefore got her license in late 2010.

Beth was President of the Northern Virginia Metro network of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2015 and currently holds the position of Treasurer. Through her involvement with Women’s Council, she has made many lasting relationships across the state and country.

Beth has been on the PWAR Board of Directors since Jan. 2016 and has thoroughly enjoyed volunteering her time. Her goal is to get more REALTOR® members involved and engaged in educational offerings, fun events and growth opportunities.

David Gray, born and raised in Prince William County, has a passion for real estate. As a PWAR TOP PRODUCER David strives to become a leading agent in Northern Virginia for years to come.  Currently licensed with Fathom Realty in Woodbridge.

With 14 years of sales and marketing experience David has become accustomed to setting standards, increasing them, and achieving goals each following year. In his early 20’s he founded a promotional marketing company, which was very successful before turning to real estate.  Managed an office of more than ten employees where he learned to better others before himself. Leadership formed early on in his career is something he is grateful of.

David is a devoted husband and father of two who currently lives in Lake Ridge. He looks forward to watch his growing family coincide with a successful real estate career.

Heidi Marine is an associate with the firm of Leggett, Simon, Freemyers, and Lyon, PLC and is counsel to Ekko Title, LLC. Her practice is concentrated in residential real estate transactions, title defects and title insurance issues. In addition to her practice at Ekko Title, Ms. Marine is a Qualified Trainer for VHDA’s Homeownership Education Program. She teaches the loan closing portion of VHDA’s first time home buyer course covering all aspects of the closing process including the documents that are signed at closing, different ways to hold title, surveys, title issues, and title insurance.

Ms. Marine graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2005 with a B.A. in Psychology and received her law degree from George Mason University, School of Law in 2008. She has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 2008. Ms. Marine is a member of the Virginia Bar Association Real Property Practice Area.

Prior to entering real estate practice, Ms. Marine practiced civil and criminal litigation in Fairfax, Virginia where she focused on domestic relations and criminal defense.

I am a Mother of 4 children, Broker, Real Estate Licensee Educator, Real Estate Investor, Professional Real Estate Coach and VLT 2015 Graduate. I have been in the business since 2000 and serve on a few committees with PWAR and VR. I LOVE helping people and this Industry, so naturally i combined these two passions with everything i do! Bouy Te is a Realtor, licensed in Virginia. He is a survivor of the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia—which was one of the most brutal regimes in the world—and he immigrated to Minnesota in 1981 where he restarted his formal education and began his career in education and politics.

In 1999, he became the highest-ranking Asian American political appointee, as a Deputy Director at the U.S. Dept. of Edu. In 2001, he directed education programs at the National Education Association. In 2014, he began a career in real estate while continuing his executive coaching and consulting work. Bouy has served in numerous leadership roles with national Asian Pacific American education and advocacy organizations. Mr. Te volunteers his time and expertise to serve Prince William County.

He earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration with concentrations in Laws and
Government from Hamline University, MN, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the
University of MN. He completed all required coursework for the doctoral degree at the University
of MD. Bouy is married to his wonderful wife, Rosa, for more than 25 years. They have two kids and currently reside in Prince William County.

From an Air Force Career, Diane brought the “make it happen” and technical training onto Real Estate to give Buyers and Sellers the information and tools to make decisions with peace of mind. Initially with Century 21 Champions/Stackhouse, then RE/MAX Allegiance to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Diane has focused on Northern Virginia from Pentagon to Fredericksburg to Front Royale. She is a member of a number of Professional Organizations like Womens Council of Realtors, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, and Buffini Small Group. She has CRS, GRI, SFR, e-Pro and more designations as she maintains a professional edge. She volunteers with Soroptimist International of Woodbridge. Military moved the family to Virginia in 1989 and they have lived in Prince William and Stafford since. She has been married almost 40 years with 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

Craig was born in Dayton, OH. His family moved to San Francisco, CA where he spent his formative years. Craig returned to Dayton, starting his career at Wright Patterson AFB, OH then was later promoted to Air Staff at the Pentagon and within the Secretary of Defense Office. He retired with 37 years of federal service. Craig earned his real estate license and began working with ERA Blue Diamond Realty (BDR) since 2013, as a certified Military Relocation Agent. Craig was a member of the Bridges B-Team (a multi-million dollar family team) providing extraordinary real estate services to meet all client’s needs. Since the merger of BDR with Pearson Smith Realty (PSR) in 2018, Craig has teamed up with his wife, Valen Wade who is also a licensed realtor with PSR. Craig has a proven track record of working with the highest quality of service, Integrity, Honesty & Competence for his clients. Craig holds a Master’s in Public Administration. He is married and has two adult sons. He is a community activist supporting the Boys & Girls Club, women homeless shelters. His hobbies include traveling, investing, golfing, and mentoring young men in the community. He resides in Woodbridge, VA.

Jodi White is a Mortgage Loan Officer with George Mason Mortgage. She began her career in 1996 and is regarded as a leader in the mortgage industry. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is well versed in the constantly changing lending environment.

With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Jodi is committed to helping clients and realtor partners achieve their goals. She takes an active role in educating and networking with new and established agents in our real estate community. Her responsiveness, honesty and professionalism has enabled her to establish a strong business of repeat clients and referrals.

Jodi has been a resident of Prince William County since 1988. She an active part of the community and is involved in various school and sports activities with her children. Jodi is a PWAR affiliate member and a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors NoVA Chapter.

Marcus has been a resident of Prince William County since 1991 and considers himself to be a deeply rooted member of the community. His passion for continual growth and learning led Marcus to earn his Broker’s license for Virginia, D.C., and Maryland just six years after earning his initial real estate license. Marcus is a principal Broker with At Home Realty of Woodbridge, Virginia serving the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland.

A team player and a decisive leader, Marcus enjoys collaborating with and mentoring agents. He acts as a real estate instructor for At Home Realty, providing his agents with the fundamental tools they need in order to be successful in today’s market. In 1996, she made the move to Prudential Carruthers. In 2011, the company became Prudential PenFed Realty and in 2013, the company became Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty. She holds a degree in Architecture and keeps up with the continuing changes in the Real Estate industry. Zonia’s work ethic, commitment and passion to help others puts her in the top 1% of all Berkshire Hathaway Agents nationwide.

Zonia specialize in first time home buyers, move up buyers, investment and relocation buyers as well as sellers. With Spanish being her first language, she uses her years of experience, negotiation and communication skills to educate and assist the Hispanice community to achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Zonia participates in community service events through All Saints Parish and School in Manassas.

Zonia holds the Lifetime Top Producer with PWAR and is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors NoVA Metro Chapter in which she served as President in 2013. Zonia was honored with the 2015 Salesperson for the Year award and has been a PWAR member since 1997.

Zonia is married, has three children, enjoys to travel, walk dance but most importantly loves to watch any
sport her children participate in.
