Top Producer Awards
The Top Producer Awards are organized to recognize and encourage outstanding REALTOR® members of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR). Membership is open to any agent who is a REALTOR® or Principal Broker/Owner member in good standing with PWAR and who meets the volume requirements and criteria. Sales are calculated for the period from January 1 to December 31 of the award year.

Special Awards
Each year, PWAR recognizes professionals who have given exceptional service during the Annual REALTOR® Awards celebration. Special Award nominations are solicited from the membership at the end of each year for a given period of time and are anonymously scored by the Awards Group.
