Million Dollar Club

The Million Dollar Club is organized to recognize and encourage outstanding REALTOR® members of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR). Membership is open to any agent who is a REALTOR® or Principal Broker/Owner member in good standing with PWAR and who meets the volume requirements and criteria. Sales are calculated for the period from January 1 to December 31 of the award year.

The 2017 Volume Applications deadline has passed. Applications can be submitted with a $150 application fee for a historical update only.

Special Awards

Each year, PWAR recognizes professionals who have given exceptional service during the Annual REALTOR® Awards Gala. Special Award nominations are solicited from the membership at the end of each year for a given period of time and are anonymously scored by the Awards Committee.

Congratulations to our 2017 Special Award Winners:

Special Awards include:

Purpose: This award is to recognize and honor one Affiliate Member for distinguished service to the PWAR its members, and the general public. It is for service above that required and shows a dedication to the field of professionalism beyond that normally expected.

Criteria: The recipient must be an Affiliate Member in good standing and an active participant of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William. Eligibility and points in each category are not required but the award is judged on the overall points accumulated. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.

Purpose: This coveted award is bestowed upon one REALTOR® who, through words, actions, and dedication, best exemplifies the promotion of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. He/She is constantly aware of its implications and strives to consistently uphold the spirit of proper ethics in all of his/her dealings with the public and fellow REALTOR®.

Criteria: The recipient must be an Active Member of the Association. Eligibility in each category is not required; the award is judged on the overall application. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.

Purpose: This coveted award is bestowed upon one PWAR Instructor whose passion for teaching and sharing knowledge positively impacts the PWAR REALTOR® community.

Criteria: The recipient must be a REALTOR or Affiliate member of PWAR. Award is judged on student evaluations, total individual time-commitment of PWAR education calendar, development of course materials and professional full-time involvement in their chosen field. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for a period of five years for re-nomination.

Purpose: The purpose of this award is to recognize those individuals who have excelled in service to the local, state and national associations, industry, community, and to the public. The intent of this award is to recognize individuals who have, over time, excelled in his/her cooperation with fellow REALTORS® and service to the Association and the public. Longevity, productivity, and overall image will be considered.

Criteria: The recipient can be a REALTOR®, Affiliate Member, or PWAR staff member with a minimum of ten years of service. Current membership or employment is not required. Eligibility in each category are not required; the award is judged on the overall application. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.

Purpose: This distinguished award is bestowed upon one REALTOR®, who with training, teaching and guidance of those he/she manages, shows commitment to the advancement of fellow REALTORS® and understanding to consumers in a creative and productive environment.

Criteria: Individual must have served his/her firm in a Brokerage Management capacity. This would include any Licensed Sales Manager, Office Manager, and Owner Broker who is directly managing a Real Estate company, office or sales staff. He/she must be an active participant and member in good standing of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR). Eligibility and points in each category are not required; the award is judged on the overall points accumulated. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.

Purpose: To bestow this coveted award to one REALTOR® who, through actions and dedication towards local, state and national associations best exemplifies a commitment to help better expand their knowledge for themselves and to others.

Criteria: Individuals who have been a member of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William in good standing for at least 5 years, with active participation in local, state and national associations throughout those years including award year. Eligibility and points in each category are not required; the award is judged on the overall points accumulated. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.

Purpose: To bestow upon a new REALTOR® the acknowledgement for hard work and dedication in his/her new profession.

Criteria: The Rookie of the Year is based upon the first full calendar year accomplishments after an individual’s receipt of his/her Real Estate License. The nominee must be a member in good standing of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR) during the award year. Eligibility and points in each category are not required; the award is judged on the overall points accumulated. Volume productivity follows the Million Dollar Awards rules/criteria. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.

Purpose: To recognize and bestow an award for remarkable achievement of a REALTOR® whose, hard work and devotion to his/her profession, through accomplishments

Criteria: Individuals who have been a member of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William in good standing for at least 3 years prior to nomination with active participation in the calendar year being awarded with local association and civic accomplishments. The award is based on a combination of volunteer activities and points awarded for production volume. Eligibility and points in each category are not required; the award is judged on the overall points accumulated. Volume productivity follows the Million Dollar Awards rules/criteria. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.

Purpose: This award is to recognize and honor a maximum of three prominent, noteworthy, evolving leaders of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William who best exemplify qualities of service, insight, commitment, clear thinking, integrity, perseverance, consummate professionalism and similar qualities.

Criteria: Individuals who have been a member of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William with active participation in 2017 and service in other years. Members involved in PWAR activities, committees, subcommittees and task forces, are eligible for this award. Present Officers and Board of Directors are also eligible to receive this award. Eligibility in each category is not required; the award is judged on the application. Previous winners of the award do not qualify for re-nomination.
