Next week a few changes and updates will be available in Bright, including the two frequently requested updates below:
- Industry Watch Report: The Industry Watch is a quarterly report previously offered in the TREND market. Through it, subscribers will be able to gather residential statistics at the county level, or for Bright’s total service area. Metrics include inventory, closed sales, median sold price, and more. Industry Watch will be added to the main navigation under Market Research on Tuesday, July 9.
- Transportation Field: A new, optional field will be added to Listing Management and Search named “Transportation.” This field will help agents specify the approximate distance from the property to specific modes of transportation, such as an airport, bus stop, or commuter rail. The information will help potential buyers search by and prepare for potential commuting needs.
