The direct impact from the decline in showings, contingent and under contract listings and closings are continuing to impact the Bright MLS network as a whole.

Accordingly, it’s very difficult to predict how our economic and real estate recovery will shape – V, U or flat recovery models are pervasive. We continue to maintain that the next few weeks will provide us statistical evidence to help ascertain what the summer months will bring.

However, in relative context, in this week the market showed stability and strength and modest signs of moving closer to year-ago levels, as new listing volume, new purchase volume, and showings continue to rise.
