NAR CEO Bob Goldberg today announced a partnership through the REALTOR Benefits® Program with real estate coaching company Buffini & Company that means significant savings for REALTORS® on Buffini’s new 100 Days to Greatness®.
The announcement came during the kickoff of the Nov. 16–18 virtual REALTORS® Conference & Expo.
100 Days to Greatness gives you the strategies and tactics that thousands of real estate professionals have used to build and maintain productive and profitable real estate businesses. The course is aimed at newer agents looking for a firm foundation and those returning to the business after a hiatus—but the program will also serve those looking to take their business to the next level.
Brokers can explore a complimentary program that offers an opportunity to serve as a mentor/facilitator to their agents completing the course. Brokers benefit from improved agent productivity and retention rates as the program is designed to stem the tide of new agents who drop out of the business because they don’t see a clear path for success or adequate training.
“For years, we’ve heard from broker-owners who are frustrated by the number of new agents who come in with excitement but soon fizzle out because they don’t know how to properly run their businesses. We wanted to do something to assist,” says NAR CEO Bob Goldberg.
100 Days to Greatness consists of 21 video training modules over the course of 14 weeks led by real estate leader Brian Buffini, along with an interactive workbook, marketing materials, notecards, and online resources with real-world role plays and dialogues.
Buffini has been teaching his powerful lead-generation program for 25 years, and the company has trained more than 3 million real estate professionals in 37 countries.
“100 Days to Greatness® is the most comprehensive training program for real estate agents on the market today,” says Buffini, founder and chairman of Buffini & Company. “With 100 Days to Greatness, agents will quickly get on the road to a successful business and set the foundation for a professional career that will withstand the test of time.”
