New Member Orientation, Quad Ethics and Fair Housing

Welcome to the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR)! As a new member, the Association wants to do everything possible to jumpstart your real estate career. We have already registered you for our FREE New Member Orientation which is mandatory within the first 90 days of membership. For our existing members, you may take the Ethics and/or the Fair Housing course for $30.00 per class – contact Brandy Hinton at brandy@pwar.com to sign up.
7:30am-8:00am– Registration/Breakfast
8:00am-11:00am– Quad Ethics (taught by Cathy Austin)
11:00am-11:15am– Break
11:30am-12:15pm-Orientation Roundtables
12:15pm-1:00pm-LUNCH
1:00pm-4:00pm– Fair Housing (taught by Peggy Burke)
3:45pm-5:00pm – Meet & Greet Reception (FREE wine, beer and appetizers for new and current PWAR members)
4:00pm-4:30pm– MRIS Training
You will receive 3 hours of Ethics & Standards of Conduct and 2 hours of Fair Housing.
