CE: 1 hour Legal Updates + 1 hour Contracts | SPLE: 2 hours Current Industry & Trends
The class will be a medley of topics that are relevant to agents operating in Virginia.  The class will be designed so that agents are informed and well versed in the latest version of the Virginia Contract and New Legislation that tie to the contract which will include the mandatory flood content. There will also be a section devoted to new security laws that impact agents and the need to protect client’s information and tips on how to do so. We will cover both protecting your business and your client’s non-public information as well as the definitions of what NPI/PII is in Virginia.
