Handling multiple offers is one of the toughest situations a licensee can face.  Treating all parties honestly, obeying Fair Housing laws, and fulfilling all statutory obligations, one of which is to protect the best interests of the client, can be daunting. This course prepares licensees for handling multiple offers by teaching the rules, examining a sample of an escalation addendum, looking at the situation from both the buyers’ and the sellers’ perspectives, and allowing time for discussion of real life scenarios.
