​Opening a real estate business is not a decision that should be taken lightly.

A real estate salesperson acquires many skills: an understanding of the real estate market, knowledge of how to list and sell, and how to take care of customers and clients. While these skills are invaluable to running your own company, they won’t be enough to launch a successful real estate firm.

In this course, you’ll learn what it takes to run such a business. You’ll learn what additional skills you’ll need and how to prepare for succeeding as the owner of a real estate firm.

He was PWAR’s Educator of the Year in 2010. Mark currently teaches Code of Ethics, MRP Certification, and Broker Pre-Licensing at PWAR.
