Over the years, he has obtained licenses as a Real Estate Agent and Broker in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Additionally, he has acquired licenses as a real estate instructor, settlement agent, construction contractor, and real estate investor. With an engineering degree and three Masters degrees, including an MBA, Fred Malek possesses a strong educational background. He has utilized his knowledge and experience to teach courses in local universities, focusing on business, accounting, and real estate. Moreover, he has shared his expertise with aspiring real estate professionals at several local brokerages.
Fred Malek’s dedication to professional growth is evident through his prestigious designations. He holds the esteemed titles of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), further solidifying his expertise in the field. Throughout his career, Fred Malek has actively contributed to the real estate community. He has served as a member of NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors), PWAR (Prince William Association of Realtors), and DAAR (Dulles Area Association of Realtors) Grievance Committees in the past. Currently, he is an esteemed member of the NVAR Ethics Committee, where he continues to uphold the highest ethical standards in the industry.
