Implicit Bias Training

This course introduces the concept of implicit bias, which is defined as, rather than being neutral, having a preference for (or aversion to) a person or group of people without conscious knowledge of that bias. If licensees have implicit biases, they run the risk of not giving equal service to all consumers and violating Fair Housing laws and the Code of Ethics. This course seeks to make licensees aware of their implicit biases and give them tools to use to overcome those biases and provide equal service to all.
