Welcome to the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR)! As a new member, the Association wants to do everything possible to jump-start your real estate career. Once you have taken your membership appointment, we will register you for our FREE New Member Orientation which is mandatory within the first 90 days of membership. You will receive 3 hours of the NAR Code of Ethics.

David Gillis

Meet your instructor, David Gillis. David lives his life by three philosophies:
1. Life is what you make it, make it fun!
2. It is important to give back to the community that you live & work in.
3. To build anything worthwhile you must have a solid foundation.
These philosophies have propelled David’s professional success and his personal life. When he’s not managing or teaching he can be found riding his motorcycle, and spending quality time with family &friends.
David frequently teaches as a pre-license education instructor- he shares his knowledge & philosophies with future real estate licensees to help them create a solid foundation for their new careers. As a managing broker and certified LAUNCH instructor, he shares his expertise to help agents grow their businesses.
