Description

A fire is one of the most catastrophic events that a homeowner or renter can experience.  On average, structure fires account for over $12 Billion dollars in property loss, affect 495,000 structures and claim the lives of over 3,500 people annually.  The worst part is that most of these fires were preventable!  Come learn how you as a real estate professional can help your buyers, sellers, renters and even your own family protect themselves and their property from fire.  Using National Data and Statistics we will learn the causes of residential structure fires and work backward to find where fires start and how best to prevent them from occurring.  We will focus on ways to minimize risk, take a proactive approach to prevention, learn what to do if one occurs, and understand what to expect after a fire has happened.  Together we can save lives, minimize property damage and stop incidents before they occur!!!
