This training provides in-depth information concerning Virginia Housing’s first time homebuyer loan programs and processes. Learn about access to grants,100% financing and the other unique programs offered by Virginia Housing.
All attendees will receive 2 hours of CE credit and have their name and contact information posted on the “Find a Real Estate Agent” page found on
VirginiaHousing.com. Potential buyers visiting the VirginiaHousing.com website will be directed to contact the Realtors who have completed this training.

For the past 18 years, Regina has dedicated herself to helping under-served segments of our community to attain affordable and sustainable homeownership. For 10 years in a row, she was one of the Virginia Housing Development Authority’s top-producing loan officers. Regina served on the City of Alexandria’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program Management Team and on the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinating Committee. She was named a Housing Hero by the City of Alexandria. Since April 2017, Regina has worked for the Virginia Housing Development Authority.
