Join us for this year’s Annual Fall Conference, where you will leave feeling more confident like a celebrity Million Dollar Listing Agent! The conference will be held at George Mason University in Manassas, with classes held in the Verizon Auditorium, and our tradeshow in the Katherine Johnson Hall.

This year, Fall Conference will be FREE to PWAR Members, and all we ask for is donations. We will be collecting school supplies for the Parents Resource Center at Belmont Bay Elementary School. Please be generous!

Shantha Wetterhan is a nationally recognized lecturer, consultant and personal branding and marketing strategist who helps real estate professionals scale and grow their businesses through highly effective online marketing strategies.

As the founder and owner of Competitive Edge Online Marketing and Branding, Shantha is passionate about taking away the feeling of overwhelm and confusion when it comes to social media marketing and personal branding.

Shantha earned her degree in Mass Communication with Specialization in Journalism and Minor in Political Science from UAB. She earned her certification in Digital Marketing Strategy from KSU. Shantha has been teaching marketing focused Georgia Real Estate Commission courses since 2015.

Biography

In 2015, Antwon became a licensed realtor in the central Virginia region.  Within his first two years of being licensed, he sold over 100 properties putting him in the top 3% of all realtors within his board.  In the fall of 2018, he accepted a position as the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Chantilly office which is in the top 1% of Market Share in the Northern Virginia Market. He currently oversees 158 agents and coaches the top 10% helping them to implement systems and models that will ensure that their businesses continue to grow.

Antwon has a passion for real estate and helping agents achieve their goals. His goal whenever he has the chance is to share the models and systems that allowed him to create a big business in a short time period. Prior to real estate Antwon ran a performing Arts Curriculum firm that worked with 28 schools across 8 states.
