Here’s a video and 5 tips for anyone getting to know the new Bright login

  1. Your login name is still your subscriber ID, unless you’ve customized it to a name or email address.
  2. If your login name/subscriber ID and password are not accepted, reset your password. You can reset your password directly through this link:
  3. Enter your login name/subscriber ID when resetting your password. Your email address (unless it is your login name) will not prompt a password reset.
  4. All password reset emails are currently being sent to your email addresses on file with Bright. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case.
  5. Take your time when walking through the password reset process. Make sure you are entering and saving your new password.
