In the past 34 years Peggy has served in Director and Vice President positions. She has also served on, chaired, or vice chaired most of the committees at PWAR as well as serving as a VAR Director from 2010-2017 and on state and national committees. She will vice chair Public Policy for 2018 at the state level. Peggy is committed to giving back to our community and her peers. She has served on BOD’s outside the Realtor organization as well.

Bill Coppa has been a real estate agent for 15 years and a member of the Board of Directors since 2016. He currently serves as Vice President, chairs the Finance & Budget Committee, and is a member of the Legislative Committee. Bill also serves as the Executive Director of Prosperity House, a local non-profit organization and operates a tax preparation business in Manassas.

Zonia has been a full time residential Real Estate professional, licensed in Virginia since 1994 and in the District of Columbia since 2017. She holds a degree in Architecture and keeps up with the continuing changes in the Real Estate industry. Zonia’s work ethic, commitment and passion to help others puts her in the top 5% of all Berkshire Hathaway Agents nationwide. Zonia specializes in first time home buyers, move up buyers, investment and relocation buyers as well as sellers. With Spanish being her first language, she uses her years of experience, negotiation and communication skills to educate and assist the Hispanic community to achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Zonia holds the Lifetime Top Producer credential with PWAR. She is an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors NoVa Metro Chapter in which she served as President in 2013 and as treasurer for the Women’s Council of Realtors Virginia in 2017 and 2018. She currently serves in various committees on a local and state level of WCR.Zonia was honored with the 2015 Salesperson of the year award and has been a PWAR member since 1997. She is also an avid supporter of RPAC.
Beth Grant ● Long & FosterVice President
Beth first entered real estate as a mortgage lender in 1983. After a 28 year career in the mortgage business, she obtained her real estate license in late 2010.
Beth has been on the PWAR Board of Directors since Jan. 2016 + has thoroughly enjoyed volunteering her time. Her goal is to get more REALTOR® members involved and engaged in educational offerings, fun events and growth opportunities. She also served on the RPAC & Community Outreach Committees the past several years and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2018.
Beth has also served on the Property Management Council for VR the past several years, and on the Conventional Financing & Policy Committee for NAR in 2019.
Jim Croson ● Redwood Adventure, LLCImmediate Past President
Jim Croson began his real estate career in the early 2000’s as a licensed real estate sales person with Century 21 and a Settlement Officer at Freedom Title Inc. As both a Realtor® for Virginia and licensed title insurance agent for Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, Jim has had the privilege of experiencing many different types of real estate transactions. This has enabled him to develop a well rounded understanding of the real estate process.
In his efforts to remain knowledgeable and current in industry matters, Jim maintains a membership with the National Association of Realtors and the Virginia Association of Realtors. Additionally, he has held both an Affiliate membership and an active Realtor® membership with the Realtor Association of Prince William.
Prior to serving as a Board of Director, he served as a Co-Chair of the Affiliates Committee for the Realtor Association of Prince William. He has also served as an approved continuing education instructor, and as a member of the PWAR Band.
Outside of real estate, Jim enjoys serving as a Worship Leader at his church, playing lead guitar for Cross Roads (a classic rock band), and spending time with his wife Trenna and their two children.
April D. ThomasChief Executive Officer
April Thomas joined the REALTOR® Association of Prince William in February 2005 and has been serving as the Chief Executive Office since November 2014. At PWAR, she works intimately with the Executive Committee and Board of Directors to ensure the Association runs smoothly; from finances to member experience.
Her philanthropic work includes her service on the Board of Directors for the Prince William Region Boys and Girls Clubs and Keep Prince William Beautiful serving as their Treasurer, as well as regularly serving at her church.
As the REALTOR® Association’s chief executive officer, she has also served at Virginia REALTORS® on numerous committees and was appointed by the President, as the Association Executive member of their Board of Directors in 2019.
Mrs. Thomas has been recognized for her dedication to the real estate industry on many levels including being inducted into the PWAR Hall of Fame, the National Association of REALTORS® Omega Tau Rho society, and was chosen as one of the Forty under Forty by Potomac Local.
She has always been committed to professional growth, because of this, she is a graduate of the Leadership Prince William program and has earned the National Association of REALTORS® REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation.
Mrs. Thomas has been a resident of Prince William County for almost thirty years.
