Life Members

Life Members will be excused from paying dues to the REALTOR® Association of Prince William if approved by the Board of Directors. However, this waiver is only for PWAR Local Dues; unless the member is an Emeritus status with the National Association, they are responsible for paying Virginia REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® dues to maintain your REALTOR® status.

Eligibility and Criteria
Bylaws Article IV. Membership – Section 1G. Life Members. Life Members shall be individuals who are at least 60 years of age, and who have accumulated 30 years of membership in the REALTOR® Association of Prince William®. Life Members will be exempt from PWAR local dues. (1) Each request shall be approved by the Board of Directors.
