
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY NOVEMBER 2022 MARKET STATISTICS
WOODBRIDGE, VA. December 12th – The beginning of a new month brings in another set of market statistics. The stats, generated by SmartCharts, and gathered through data provided by Bright MLS, give readers a valuable snapshot of what’s hot, and what’s not.
Approaching the first statistic, 375 homes were sold across the month of November, this is a noticeable decrease of 47.99% percent in comparison to November of 2021. New listings reveal a 30.37% decrease with 337 new listings as opposed to 484 in November of 2021. Moving on to our active listings, there was a significant increase with 555 listings in comparison to 2021’s 289 active listings. Also, coming in hot is the median sold price of homes, with there being an 8.70% increase to $500,000 as compared to last years $460,000. Finally, the average days on the market saw an increase from 28 in 2021 to 17.
