All classes in 2022 will be conducted via HYBRID (both in-person and video options available). If the minimum number of in-person attendees are not met, the school will have the right to move the class to 100% virtual.

Policy for Virtual Class Attendance:

Class will start promptly at Class Time.

Your video (camera) must be on/stay on, and you are visible, in order to qualify for class credit. If your video (camera) is not on, and you are not visible, you will not receive class credit. ( You are able to turn your camera off briefly to go to the restroom, grab coffee , water etc.- no more than 15 minutes during a class)

Driving during a virtual class is prohibited. If you are observed driving, you will be removed from the class automatically.

Test your internet video (camera) and audio connections before class by joining a test meeting at https://zoom.us/test.

To increase the clarity of the audio, you may want to use headphones or earplugs vs. the speakers on your device.

Be sure your device is plugged in so your battery doesn’t die midway through the class.

If you do experience technical issues (camera or audio not working only – not Zoom login) that you can’t quickly resolve, please contact Brandy (703-565-0036)

If you can’t resolve the technical issues of video or audio before the class starts, or are unable to log into the class, contact brandy@pwar.com
