Classes: Preparing for Success

Since joining the DC Metro Region of Kensington Vanguard National Land Services in April 2014, Marc Wiltshire has been instrumental in shaping the strategies and growth initiatives for the Mid-Atlantic region to ensure that the company locally is as dynamic and formidable as it continues to be nationally.

Wiltshire’s business philosophy is a simple one – provide a level of service to every client that consistently transcends expectations. Because this lofty goal provides more of a trajectory for his business than an end point, Wiltshire has surrounded himself with knowledgeable people willing to dedicate themselves to its pursuit. He believes his job is to inspire those individuals to act as a cohesive unit with passion and tenacity, building a culture of achievement of which every team member can be both proud and protective.

After receiving his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in the District of Columbia in 2004, he began his career in the title insurance industry with Shreves Schudel, et al., PLLC, Counsel to a major regional title company, in their Lake Ridge office. Wiltshire’s performance in that role quickly won him the opportunity to advance into the management position for that branch.

During his almost 15 years in Prince William County, Wiltshire has received several honors, including induction into the Prince William Association of Realtors Hall of Fame, a distinction he earned the same year that Association named him their Educator of the Year. Wiltshire was also named PWAR’s Affiliate of the Year in 2016. Prior to graduating from The George Washington University Law School, Wiltshire earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Boston University.
