Members have automatic reciprocity with Blue Ridge, Dulles, Fredericksburg, Greater Capital, Greater Piedmont, Northern Virginia and Prince William.
Reciprocity in Maryland and West Virginia
Members may request reciprocity with the following areas in Maryland and West Virginia, in which PWAR has a reciprocal agreement in place.

To obtain reciprocity agent must be licensed in the state in which they are seeking access. A copy of a valid real estate license must be sent in with each request for Maryland and West Virginia. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for reciprocity to become active.
