What Does This Mean For You?
We anticipate a Sept. 1 launch of the PWAR Docs+ benefit, with a transition period through Dec. 31. During that time, both platforms will be available to you.
For now, continue using the Instanet platform for your forms, e-signature and transaction needs.
While Remine does plan to transfer your archived transaction file PDFs from Lone Wolf, we recommend that current subscribers export and download any files from the Instanet platform that you wish to keep.

What is Docs+?
Docs+ is a true shift forward.
It integrates the entire transaction process — from document creation to back office submission and review — into one intuitive, cloud-based collaborative tool.
Gone are the days of emailing PDFs back and forth. With Docs+, you track your entire transaction all within one single document. This cloud-based solution allows cooperating agents to make in-line changes — making it easy to collaborate with others in real-time. It also keeps track of your version history so that you can review and audit edits later.
Document Packages are fully customizable, “templated” collections of prefilled forms that make offer generation quick and easy.
Repeatedly adding clauses/stipulations to documents one-by-one is arduous and can lead to costly errors. Agents can save time with Clause Kits — collections of clauses curated by agents, brokers or their MLSs that can be added directly to contracts in a few clicks.
Smart Form Technology
Transaction documents are “linked” to save time on repetitive field entries. Save additional time with automatically integrated signature and initial fields for all parties. Warnings and alerts highlight potential errors prior to sending and signing, preventing needless mistakes and potential amendments

Why is PWAR transitioning to Docs+?
NVAR’s & PWAR’s contract with Lone Wolf, the company that provides Instanet, expires at the end of 2020. A work group comprised of NVAR’s leadership team, staff, and member representatives was convened to review possible alternatives and make recommendations to the Board of Directors. The group analyzed options from four vendors and ultimately recommended Remine Docs+ as the most reliable, innovative, future-focused platform. We are pleased to offer this valuable new benefit to our members.
Why did the Board choose Docs+?
Your PWAR Board did not want to replace an existing benefit with one that simply offered the same features. We believe that Remine not only offers the features that you need, but also drives the industry forward and has the potential to continue to evolve and innovate. How is Docs+ different than Remine Pro, which I already get through my Bright MLS subscription?
Docs+ is not included in the Remine Pro package available through Bright MLS. Docs+ is a new offering from Remine that is only available in select markets. NVAR was the first Association in our region to identify this innovative new platform and make it available as an exclusive member benefit.
Will PWAR provide training on how to use Docs+?
How can I get access to Docs+?
There are three simple ways to access your benefit:
- From the PWAR.com home page, go to “Membership” –> “Member Resources” –> “Standard Forms”. click on the banner to access Remine Docs+ to be directed to the Docs+ login screen. Use your Bright MLS login, then select Docs+ from options on the left side of your screen.
- Type bright.remine.com into your web browser to go directly to the Docs+ login screen. Use your Bright MLS login, then select Docs+ from the options on the left side of your screen.
- If you’re already logged in to Bright MLS, from the home screen, click on Market Research and select Remine Pro from the dropdown. Once you’ve reached the Remine screen, select Docs+ from the options on the left side of your screen. NVAR members will also have the option to initiate offers via Docs+ directly from listings in Bright MLS.
How do my clients or non-PWAR real estate agents participate in a transaction in Docs+?
Like most transaction and e-signature platforms, clients and non-users are able to review, edit and e-sign documents in Docs+. A PWAR Member with a Docs+ account will initiate the offer process in Docs+ and invite other agents and clients to participate in the transaction. Unlike most other platforms, the parties are able to collaborate seamlessly through an innovative cloud-based multiparty collaboration platform that tracks all edits, signatures and initials to ensure complete and clean contracts.
As a PWAR member, do I have to use Docs+?
No. Your broker may provide an alternative forms vendor, but one of the benefits of your PWAR membership is free access to Docs+. Docs+ is replacing Instanet/Authentisign as a member benefit and primary forms vendor; this transition will not impact the availability of the NVAR Standard Forms library in Dotloop, DocuSign, Zipforms and Instanet.
What other vendors are NVAR forms available through?
NVAR forms are also available through Dotloop, ZipLogix, DocuSign and Instanet.

Is our client's information secure?
The privacy of our members’ and their clients’ information is very important to NVAR, as reflected in the terms of the agreement.
We negotiated into the license agreement significant protections of the data, contact information and transactional details of our members and their clients.
