We know saying goodbye is difficult, but the time has come to migrate to the mobile app. Beginning March 21st, the mobile app must be used to access lockboxes. And we’re here to help make the transition as easy as possible!
To assist with ease of use, agents’ credentials will now be automatically renewed for 21 days when they open the SentriKey® Real Estate mobile app. We recommend that agents open the mobile app while in Wi-Fi or cellular signal before they open lockboxes using the app to validate credentials.
